What is a replica watch and how is it different from the real watches?
A replica watch is a watch made similar to that of the real brand ones, except, at a much lower cost. A real Rolex can go up to hundreds of thousands of ringgit, but you can get a replica similar to that one, for only a few hundred ringgit. This allows the normal everyday person to be able to look and feel classy, without having to actually spend such ridiculous amounts of money on it.

Why would I want to buy a replica instead of a real one?
The reason why replica products are so popular is becauseyou can look classy and professional, yet not have to spend tens of thousands of ringgit doing it. These products look identical to the ones you will find at the jewellery stores selling for prices most people would not be able to afford. There is no reason why these luxury items should only be limited to the rich, but to everyone who wants to add a touch of class to their life style.

What types of products do you sell?
To view a complete list of products we have to offer, click on Home and on the right side of the page, you will see a selection of types of products we carry. Select the product from the sub category which you are interested in. A full list of brands will be available once you select which products you want to look at.

Do you sell any other products or brands in addition to those advertised on your site?
Not at the current moment. All the products and brands we sell are shown on the Home section. Anyway, we welcome our customer to email the images of their wanted watch.

Will you be offering other products in the future?
Yes, we may add new products to our website in the future depending on what other good quality luxury replicas are available.

Are these products of high quality or will they break after I open the box?
It depends on how you use it. If you use it regularly, it will last a few years without any problems. The items we offer are of a very high quality. These are not the cheap quality products you will find on the streets that will break after a few days, these will last for years! We are so confident in all our products; we offer an exchange for any watches if they are ever defective. View our Warranty section to see types of warranties and details.

Is the watch full, solid stainless steel? Or is it stainless steel coated?
All too often replicas are stainless steel coated, so after some wear, the stainless steel wears off, showing the brass or aluminum body, which makes the replica completely useless then. Always insist on full, solid stainless steel replicas.

Is the glass Sapphire Crystal?
Don't settle for less than scratch resistant sapphire crystal. How do you tell? Run a sharp penknife across the dial when you receive the watch. Some items are mineral glass but it is still scratch proof.

Does the watch have screws in the links, or pins?
Most replicas have watch links which are linked by cheap pins, which require hammering out, just adjust the links. Don't be fooled either by pins that are folded, and resemble screws. Solidly built, high quality replicas should have threaded screws in the links, not pins exactly as per genuine Rolexes. These can be nicely removed with a small screw-driver to adjust for band size.

Does the watch have the hack mechanism?
All automatic movement watches from Breitling, Rolex etc, when the crown is pulled out to set/adjust the time, the second hand stops moving. This is known as the hack mechanism. This feature is almost never found on replicas, and is usually a dead giveaway for a replica. Only high quality replicas have the hack mechanism, but you don’t have to pay a fortune to get one that does.

Does the watch have a solid stainless steel back with green Rolex sticker?
Replicas with the see-through, glass back, are another dead giveaway. Genuine Rolex have a solid stainless steel back, with the green Rolex sticker with model number and logo.

Does the watch have the serial number/band number?
Serial and band model number should be found on the final links/last piece of any Rolex replica, exactly as found on genuine Rolexes. Unfortunately, most replicas don't have that.

Does the watch have steelinox markings, and serial number on clasp?
All Rolex sports models have the traditional flip-lock clasp, with steelinox engraved clearly and sharply on the clasp, as well as the serial number engraved on the clasp. A good replica will have this. If it doesn't, it's not work the money.

Is there a limit to how many products I can order?
No, there is no limit as to how many products you may order. In fact, we encourage you to order more than one watch at a time, as additional discounts are provided.

I have seen other websites that offer some of your products for cheaper, why are yours more expensive?
The price of the products depends on the quality; many websites will carry the lowest quality available and sell them for cheaper, but they will not last very long. We pride ourselves in only selling products we stand behind 100%.

Can you lower your prices anymore?
Unfortunately, as much as we'd like to lower our prices, our profit margin is already very small and we are selling them almost at the same price we get them. To get the best deal order 2 or more watches. We offer the best prices for our quality of products. Please state for discount in your order for our consideration.

What is Automatic Movement?
A watch whose mechanism is fitted with a device, (rotor) that automatically winds the spring by using the force of gravity. An automatic is a mechanical watch whose mainspring is wound as a result of the wearer's arm motion. The movement of the wrist and body causes the rotor, a metal weight attached to a winding mechanism, to pivot freely on its staff in the center of the movement. The rotor rotates back and forth in a circular motion at the slightest action of the wrist. The rotor's movement winds the mainspring, a flat coiled spring that powers mechanical watches.
Rolex refers to its automatic watches as "perpetual." Automatic, self-winding and perpetual all mean the same thing: the watch winds itself. Many people appreciate the craft involved in making a mechanical automatic movement. They like the fact that this technology is hundreds of years old, involves many moving parts, and yet keeps very accurate time. (Many automatics come with glass backs which enable the wearer to view the action of the rotor and other moving parts.) They appreciate the human element involved in an automatic watch, that the movement is assembled by hand. Others like the fact that automatics run on so-called "clean," natural energy--wrist power.
A person's normal arm and wrist motion will keep an automatic watch properly wound. If you haven't worn an automatic in a while, it is best to wind the stopped watch before putting it on. Ten to 15 turns of the crown is usually enough to give full power to the mainspring.

Are the leather bands real leather?
Yes, all watches that come with leather bands are 100% genuine leather.

Are the watches water-resistant?
Cheap replicas will never hold up under water. Get caught in the rain once and it is as good as gone. While we don't expect that a replica should be worn for diving or swimming, it will not be broken when in contact with water.

What is meant by automatic, chronograph, and quartz?
Automatic, or self-winding, means the watch has a self-winding mechanism which allows it to run on its own without batteries. The advantage is; batteries are not required. The disadvantage is; they should be serviced every few years to make sure they run smoothly.
Chronograph are the little dials (or 'clocks') which appear within the watches themselves and are always fully functional on our watches. They are normally used as stopwatch timers.
Quartz means the watch runs on a battery. One disadvantage is, they normally have fewer markings and details than self-winding watches, and you have to change the battery every so often.

What is meant by sweeping second hand, and which watches have it?
A sweeping second hand simply means that the second hand sweeps smoothly instead of ticking once every second. Basically, it is just a bunch of very small, rapid, tiny ticks combined that makes it look like it is sweeping smoothly. All automatic watches have a sweeping second hand, and all battery-run (quartz) and chronograph watches have a ticking second hand.

Why does my automatic replica stop ticking and losing time
When you first receive your automatic replica, you need to wind it for 3 minutes straight before wearing it. If you wear it everyday, it will continue to wind itself on your wrist when you move around and walk. If you stop wearing it for more than approximately 2 days, the watch will need to be reset, but will then automatically wind itself once you start wearing it again. The disadvantage to this is pretty clear. Your watch doesn't keep time if you don't wear it constantly. The advantages are that you don't ever have to replace a battery, the watch keeps great time when it's running, and most of all, this type of movement is exactly what the originals use! If your Automatic is losing or gaining time in a 24 hour period the watch needs to be adjusted. All of our automatics have an adjustment screw on the movement just like the originals. Any local jeweller can service these watches. Anyway, we encourage our customer to contact us for service.

How do I set time?
To set time, you need to turn button in anti-clockwise direction if you have a screw-in lock watch. You need to softly pull the button out a little bit. The best way to do this is to use first and second finger and use finger knuckle as a lever in order to pull the button out with as little force as possible. You can feel a little "click"! Now you can set the time by turning it anti-clockwise. This would turn the minute-hour hands forward until you set the right time. When time is set, push the button back and turning the button clockwise for a few rounds.

I have a watch with a date, how do I change the date?
To change date and time you need to do the following. If you have a screw-in button like Rolex, you need to turn the button anti-clockwise for a few rounds until the button is loose. Then you need to pull the button out softly by using your thumb nail and first finger nail, softly and without force. You should feel a "click" here. There are two steps when you pull the button out. The first step is for setting the date (and Day if you have a Rolex Day-Date). The second step is for setting the local. You can only set Date forward by turning button in one direction. When you are done with setting date and time, push back the button and wind it clockwise for a few times. No need to lock it.

Setting time and winding up: 9 quick’n’easy steps
Before that, for automatic movement watches, please loose the crown (if screw type crown) and adjust the time for 24 hours before winding procedure. 1. These are the main setting crown positions:

2. Winding up
To wind the watch up you are to do the following:
Set the winding crown to Position 1.

Turn the crown approximately 10-15 times till you hear it clicks. The watch is to be hold in your left hand face up and the hands are to be turned clockwise only.

If you noticed that the watch is hard to wind up and the hands cannot be set up smoothly, you have to oil the mechanism.
Attention: do not try to wind the mainspring of the crown up to the stop as the self-winding mechanism does not have this option and you may ruin the mechanism.
Wind the self-winding watch only out of necessity. The better part of self-winding watches does not need a regular wind up provided you wear it everyday. When you hear a low, faltering clicking, it means that the spring is fully wound up. However if the watch is rarely put on (the watch is not moved therefore the self-winding mechanism is inactive), you will have to wind the mechanism up manually daily (4–5 turns of the crown).
It is still advisable to wind up once in a while self-winding watches. Say, if you have to wind up a manual winding watch every day or every second day, you have to wind up a self-winding watch every second week or once a month.

3. Calendar Setting
To set the calendar you are to do the following:
The calendar is set by means of the setting crown or by the special button at the case of the watch. If the calendar is to be set by the crown, the crown should be pulled out to Position 2 until it clicks again.

Now, by turning the setting crown clockwise, set the date needed. In case the watch has a week day field, set it by pulling the crown still further. Note: The function of crown position may vary depending on watch model.
Note: when setting the day and date, turn the crown smoothly clockwise. The date mechanism is very fragile.
Do not pull the crown out hard, if it does not come out smoothly, pull it simultaneously turning it there and back.

Put the setting crown back to Position 1.
Place the crown back with care, if it does not fit in smoothly, try also turning it there and back as in the instance of pulling it out.
Attention: do not set the calendar if the hands of the watch show the time between 22.00 and 4.00 as during this period the mechanism of the calendar switching is in action. To avoid any malfunction put the hands of the watch back or forward before the calendar setting.

4. Time Setting
To set the time you are to do the following:
Pull out the crown to Position 3.

By turning the setting crown clockwise, set the time needed.
Note: setting the time, do not try to do it in a single prolonged movement, but wind it in short abrupt movements. That will save you the minute wheel.

Put the setting crown back to Position 1.

Recommendations for use:
Strikes and Vibration: though the watch is supplied with an antistrike balance of node, it does not prevent any mechanical damages when the watch falls down from a considerable height or when the watch endures a blow.

Moisture Protection: in accordance with the International ISO Classification the "Water Resistant 30m 100ft" level allows to keep the watch under the rain as well as run your hands under the tap having the watch on. In these cases the water does not splash that hard. However, the watch will be ruined if you swim wearing it or if the watch falls into the water.

Periodical Checking: we recommend you to have a regular prophylactic inspection in a watch repair shop every 2–3 year.

Injurious Effects: keep your watch away from the influence of any chemicals, magnetic field, sudden temperature drops.

How long is the warranty period?
Items come with 1 year warranty (engine only):
The warranty only cover the engine and does not cover:
- the glass, the belt, the bracelet and the box; - the watch, damaged due to a careless use; - the watch with any evident marks of the opening by the customer as well as the attempts of the unprofessional repairing; - the watch with water in it and with the marks of the corrosion at the dial that appear due to a wrong exploitation

Do you have different band sizes?
All the watches come in one band size, but there is an option of adding up extra links when necessary. Please, contact us for extra links. Be advised, that there is no such option for leather band watches.

What is the first thing I need to do when receiving the watch?
Upon receiving the watch, wind it. It is likely that the watch runs out of energy during the journey. Wind the watch for about 20 to 30 full 360 degree turns clockwise. It is about 80 our normal way of winding, assuming we wind 120 degree for each wind. (Stop winding if you feel stiff. Over winding will hurt the movement.) If you know your watch is battery, there is no need to wind it. If your watch has a screw-tight crown, release it by turning it anti-clockwise until it is loosen. Then you can wind it for 20 - 30 times as mentioned. Once done, you can screw it tight by pushing it inside and turn it clockwise at the same time.

How does watch get energy to maintain movement?
There are a few kinds of watches:
1. Battery/quartz watch: gets energy from battery, no need to wind at all. 2. Automatic and winding watch: get energy from both human movement and winding mechanism. 3. Winding and mechanical only: only gets energy from winding mechanism. 4. Non-winding: only gets energy from human movement. No winding is needed.
